Job Description:
Packaging workers are needed to package candies and souvenir items.
6:
00AM to 2:
30PM Monday thru Friday shift.
No required weekends or overtime.
Less than 20 minute commute to New Albany is strongly preferred and reliable daily transportation is required.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Packing candy in bags, tubs, boxes, and other containers with a team of packagers.
Maintains knowledge of production processes and equipment.
Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and stored correctly.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
The ability to quickly and safely learn production operations and machinery.
Physical ability to occasionally lift 35 lb boxes.
Physical ability to work standing for significant periods of time.
Physical and hand dexterity to package items in various containers.
