The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
This includes data entry, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and filing systems.
Prepare financial reports and statements.
Perform data entry and administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries.
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
