10 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Our client is looking for entry-level customer service representatives to join their Louisville! The Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling customer inquiries into the Service Center.
This may include phone and email response, inbound call customer service, walkup customer service and inbound mail response.
This position is a call-center office setting.
This position will require an initial interview, an assessment, and a second interview before the start date.
Job Description:
Process customer inquiries as inbound phone calls, mail and email Perform various clerical functions to include filing, handling deliveries, etc Process customer requests for new and additional orders Ensure proper postage/shipping costs is affixed to outbound envelopes/packages; process all returned mail Handle cases through the organizational software, including complaints, state escalations, subpoenas and law enforcement requests Address customer disputes, and alert the CSM to any unusual problems or trends Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED Knowledge of MS Office and Windows, proficient typing skills Six (6) months or more phone experience in a Contact/Call Center preferred Ability to pass Skills Assessment Bilingual (English/Spanish)-preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many diverse levels within the organization.

Job Details and Compensation:
Flexible 8 hour shift time between - 8am-6pm (40 hours) Monday - Friday Hourly wage- $17.
