Responsibilities:
Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
Qualifications:
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills About Company Magnolia Insurance is an independent insurance brokerage that specializes in brokering the best price and service on insurance for our clients.
