Their Louisville Locations are seeking an A/P Assistant to join their growing team! As an A/P Assistant you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Account Tech with entry of A/P Invoices into the Syteline software system.
Pulling and match entered invoices to printed checks to be paid.
Pulling needed invoices as requested by other team members.
Analyzing general ledger accounts and data as needed.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing process, account analysis, and reconciliations Providing management with accurate reports and analysis to assist in operational decision making What it Takes:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook Comfortable with handling confidential correspondence Accounting/bookkeeping experience in AP preferred Experiecne with Styeline a PLUS We are looking for awesome people who are available for the following shifts:
(1st shift) Monday-Friday 8:
