Job Description:
Seeking Director for Food Services Full-time, Days Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area Baptist Health Floyd This position will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and provide daily leadership to the FNS and Clinical Nutrition departments.
Encourage and mentor staff; Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting goals and objectives; Lead FNS and Clinical Nutrition to provide exceptional customer services.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Food Service Management, or related field preferred (8-10 years of Food Service management experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Certified Dietary Manager required ServSafe Manager Certification required or must be obtained within three months of hire Experience Minimum five (5) years related experience, with at least three (3) years of leadership in a healthcare setting in Food and Nutrition Services.
