We have two convenient locations in southern Indiana, New Albany and Salem.
We serve families from over 6 counties in Indiana and Jefferson County (Louisville) in Kentucky.
We are looking for a professional Insurance A/R Billing Clerk with a strong work ethic and communication skills who can work independently as well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate has experience in the medical industry, medical billing experience, understanding of HIPAA, and will follow all company policies to ensure a safe and effective practice.
The Insurance A/R Billing Clerk will have experience in the following:

years of medical insurance, medical billing, working with Availity and payor portals and platforms, experience with denials, reading EOB's and using an EMR system.
Some of the Insurance A/R Billing Clerk Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshooting issues with parents/patients regarding their billing account.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reporting of eClinicalWorks APL and eBO.
Answer's patients questions regarding statements, itemized charges and balances.
Post insurance checks and patient payments to electronic records system.
Close the system, total payments and prepare deposits weekly.
Assist in making calls to patients with outstanding balances to provide options for payment and set up payment plans.
Prints, reviews and sends out collection letters.
