Job Description:
Summary:
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for securities production goals in an assigned branch-based territory.
Your role will involve providing investment counseling to clients, both bank and non-bank, and offering products such as mutual funds, annuities, and fee-based accounts.
Additionally, you will work with licensed bankers in your market to support their investment sales activity.
You may also collaborate with other business partners, identifying opportunities for their products and services, including trust or insurance services, under the supervision of Wealth Management.
The advisor must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with partners at all levels of the organization.
Proactivity and business generation skills are essential, along with cultivating relationships with branch employees and partners.
LOCATION:
This position is hybrid, with a formalized schedule involving both remote and office work.
Consideration for location will be Newport, KY or Blue Ash, Cincinnati, OH.

Investment sales in a banking environment is highly regulated.
The advisor is expected to acquire and maintain proficiency in the company's policies and procedures, as well as adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those set by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
Compliance training should be completed in a timely manner.

Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas, and concepts to employees and customers.

CLERICAL SKILLS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
- Prospect clients to establish business relationships.
- Profile clients and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions.
- Provide a great client experience to all clients and prospects.
- Open investment and insurance accounts.
Manage and monitor customer service requests, transfers, exchanges, and/or any transactions processed on behalf of clients.
- Participate in seminars, branch training, and community events in support of Securities.
- Support retail and other divisions in cross-referring clients for bank-offered services.
- Coach and train Senior and Licensed Personal Bankers and branch employees.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry, and you will be expected to acquire and maintain proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures.
Adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing your conduct and work is required.
Timely completion of assigned compliance training is also expected.
