Job Description:
Baptist Health Floyd, located in beautiful Southern Indiana and minutes from Louisville, Kentucky, currently has an opening for a hospital-based Pharmacy Manager.
This key position is responsible for managing all operational services in the acute care hospital and hospital owned outpatient departments.
Responsible for developing policies and procedures to ensure that medications are stored, prepared, and dispensed in a safe and effective manner.
Ensures that distribution services are provided to meet the needs of the medical staff, patients, nurses, and associates.
The Hospital Pharmacy Manager facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies.

Qualifications:
PharmD DegreeCurrent Indiana Pharmacy License3
years of hospital pharmacy practice experience or equivalent educational experience (residency)BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA, ARC, or AHSIMasters of Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferredCompletion of ASHP accredited residency preferredBCPS or other advanced certification preferredWe offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
