is looking for an energetic entry level administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate would need to be able to handle a fast-paced office/sales environment and be capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls Assist in troubleshooting and resolving service and operational issues Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding service and operational issues Support moderately complex administrative tasks Various data entry Account management Entry level Other tasks as assigned Skills:
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills Familiarity with other computer software a bonus Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Attention to detail Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
