Seeking Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse!Baptist Health Floyd, 2C Neuro Progressive Care UnitFull-time (36 Hours/Week), Nights (7pm-7am)Sign On Bonus Eligible for External Applicants Only!No Weekend Requirement! Self-Scheduling!Job Duties:
In this role, the RN/LPN will provide care to Neuro/Progressive Inpatient patients.
2C Neuro Intermediate care is a great place for new and or skilled nurse graduates to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Our Nurses enjoy desired ratios in a controlled but fast-paced environment.
In this role, the RN or LPN will be responsible for direct comprehensive nursing care for 3-4 patient teams from admission to discharge.
The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
About the Unit:
2C Neuro/Progressive Unit is a 12-bed Neuro specific progressive care unit that is committed to the patients we serve.
Nurses will care for a defined patient population and serve as part of a team.
We have 24/7 Charge Nurse and Clinical Coordinator and Stroke Coordinator support.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved nursing program Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license BLS for Healthcare Provider required ACLS for Healthcare Provider required within 6 months of hire.
NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire.
