Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting daily operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant located in the assigned area.
The Assistant General Manager will assist with daily activities of both Front Of House and Back Of House to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance.
In alignment to the brand framework, this role will focus on creating positive, memorable experiences for our customers, guests, residents and clients alike.

Responsibilities:
Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of front of house team members.
Ensure that employees follow company standards and policies.
Coordinate with General Manager in planning short and long term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
Manage direct reporting to General Manager related to financial, business, and administration matters.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of bar or restaurant operations management experience.
ServSafe Certification preferred High school degree or equivalent is required.
Bachelors in Hospitality or Business preferred.
This role requires outstanding and proven customer service and experience delivery skills.
One must have previous associate management experience including assisting with recruitment efforts and inspiring staff through on-going training initiatives.
Excellent time management skills required.
Service Managers must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
