Momentum Title Agency is seeking a Curative/Clearing Officer to join our team.
As a Curative/Clearing Officer, you willensure the timely and accurate clearing of all liens, mortgages, and judgments as well as to verify the parties' identities and authority to proceed with the transaction and any other clearing items needed to allow the closing of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The candidate must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, have excellent computer and administrative skills, and a high degree of accuracy and devotion to total quality, process improvement, and TEAMWORK.
This position requires the incumbent to work physically work at one of our Momentum Branches , work hours are Monday - Friday 8:
