Applications Development Project Manager
Reporting to the CIO,manage a fast- paced,complex software development project to port legacy manufacturing systems to new technology,the niterate enhancements to close system gaps.
Manages,plans,organizes,and controls all operations and activities of the porting projects at the highest level.
Work closely with all levels of the user community,technical staff,and application development software staff to ensure successful project implementation.
Regularly report project progress to high- level business sponsors.
Enjoy working in a fast- paced,open environment with minimal bureaucracy.
JobRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business,InformationSystems,or relateddiscipline.
5+years project management leadership experience juggling multiple projects of significant scope.
5 to 7+years of IT experience in a custom software development environment using Agile Scrummethodology and SOA concepts.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact withs enior management as well as business and IT subject matter experts.Experience in working as a liaison between IT and business end users.
Experiencewithprojectsinmultipletechnologiesandfunctions.
Mustbedetailed- ?oriented,results- ?driven,highlyenergeticandmotivated.
Provenabilitytoleadtechnologyprofessionalsandmotivatehighperformanceteamswithafocusonmaximizingproductivity.
Track record for consistently generating quality deliverables and achieving project objectives within time and budget constraints.
