Nurses in this pool are to be utilized to assist in maintaining nurse-to-patient ratios, provide flexibility for periods of higher acuity or census, and to fill vacancies created by PTO, FMLA, call-ins, etc.
Position/Opportunity Highlights:
Opportunity to be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.

Work bonus paid quarterly
Qualifications:

Graduate of approved nursing program and holding a current Indiana RNLicense.

CPR certified biannually

Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience

Must have enough experience to complete a short orientation in the areas

Must work an average of one 12-hour shift per week and work one weekend per month, must work 2 holidays per year (one summer and one winter)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
